Feeling Good on Purpose



When I hit about 12 or 13 years old...

I started being less happy...less often...and I don't really know why it happened at that age...

But it did...

Super woman and child feeling good

And unfortunately, I didn't grow out of it until I was in my thirties.

It's not like I NEVER felt good...I had lots of good moments...but they were shorter...and

I had them less often...

Or at least it felt like they were short and didn't happen often...

And let's just say I was able to destroy a good feeling in 60 seconds or less...

It's a good thing you can bring good feelings back to life...and when I learned how to do this...

WOW...it changed my life...in a very good way...

At the time...I didn't know what was going on...

I really thought it was something that just happened to me or didn't happen to me.

You know...like it was completely outside of my control...I've since learned how to feel good on purpose...

But at the time...

I thought it was kind of like luck or the weather...sometimes it happened and sometimes it didn't...

There were times when I wished that I had been naturally good at being happy and feeling good but...

On the other hand, now I know how to do it on purpose whenever I want...

Which is really cool!

These tips and tricks work for me when I'm not feeling so great.
