How to Motivate Myself



There are a lot of different things you can do to learn "how to motivate myself"...

Here's a little story about just one of them...

A turtle with a rocket tied to his back who knows how to get motivated

I teach English to French people mainly because it is the best way I have found to learn French...

At least it does the way I do it...

And not surprisingly it works very well for French people learning English!

It also ties in nicely with my actual area of interest for the past 12 years...which is hypnosis, unconscious communication, and how to learn things...

And...

Out of necessity how to unlearn things too.

Like being unhappy...

That was a really good thing to unlearn for me...

And in case you're wondering...I had to unlearn a lot of things...because I wasn't naturally good at the things I wanted to be able to do...

Like being grateful for what I have...

I originally decided to learn how to do it just because I wanted to be happier...and it does work really well for that!

But I've also noticed that it has a number of very useful and practical business applications...

And that's true for quite a lot of the things I've learned.

For example, when learning any foreign language...

It's very useful to be grateful for all the words and expressions you understand or can pronounce correctly or really anything that would make you feel really good...and smart...

Because when you feel really good...and really smart...

It's easier for you to learn more and...

One of the best ways to learn how to motivate myself ever...

I know it sounds really simple, but when you have that great feeling inside of you and you realize that you are on the way to accomplishing your goal...

It's very powerful stuff...

Have you ever had one of those "on top of the world" moments?

It's the result of noticing what you're doing right over and over...and if you keep noticing what you're doing right or just thinking about those things that you did right over and over...

You'll get that feeling too.

Really simple and really powerful...

And that's just one example of one possible way of using "being grateful" to feel really really good...

In a practical way...

I haven't even mentioned some of the other things I've unlearned and learned to use in different ways...
